FunIcons is a research tool to study Facial Information Processing (FIP) and Emotions in Social Context (ESC),
such as FaceBook, Skype, Yahoo Messenger, MSN, mobile phones, 3D on-line worlds, and many more applications/devices people use to communicate.
It was developed by the Hungarian Academy of Sciences in cooperation with Digital Elite Inc.
with image editing services provided by Digital Custom Group.
FunIcon applications collect social interaction data via the Internet to provide emotion researchers with a better understanding of how
people interact.
Our purpose is to create a more intuitive social interface.
Your privacy is completely protected, we DO NOT COLLECT ANY PERSONAL OR PRIVATE INFORMATION! .
Transaction data is logged in an anonymous manner and is analysed using statistical tools.
Using FunIcons and all characters we create is FREE for any purpose.
However, if you would like support our research ,
we welcome your donations (YES, I would like to help) and contributions through this web-shop.
In addition, we are now glad to offer you personalized services (order) and create a FunIcons customized character from your own facial photos.
